Back in November 2010, Greg threw is hat into the ring for one of the three Vice-Presidential spots each to serve a four-year term with the United States Olympians & Paralympians Association (USOPA). Greg found out that he was elected at the beginning of December 2010.
The mission statement , the U.S. Olympians and Paralympians will foster the Olympic spirt in each community, motivate and encourage youth, develop camaraderie and honor all those who have shared the unique experience of representing their nation at the Olympic or Paralympic Games.
